牦牛肉要脆一些。。口感好吃 我们联系古尔沟那家还没有杀牦牛
红萝卜烧牛肉看着很不错, 红萝卜的火候正合适 笋子比牛肉贵 牦牛肉适合红烧,但感觉炒牛肉丝或水煮牛肉都不如黄牛肉。
